Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay was quite mixed. While the riad had its charm and the breakfast was enjoyable, my experience was marred by the last-minute change in room availability, which left my group in a difficult situation. The owners communicated poorly and failed to provide adequate compensation for the disruption. However, the staff member Brahim was a highlight, always ready to help and make our stay better.
My stay in Marrakech was quite an experience. The riad had a nice ambiance and the breakfast was extensive, but we encountered significant issues with the booking situation. The owner was helpful, but I was disappointed with the condition of the rooms and the facilities. Overall, there were some nice aspects, but the issues we faced made it less enjoyable than expected.
I had a mixed experience at the riad. The property is lovely and the breakfast is extensive, but my stay was marred by the owners suddenly reducing our room count despite prior confirmation. The alternative they offered was far from acceptable. The service from the staff was quite poor, and there was an uncomfortable interaction with one of them that left a bad taste.
